- Click "Next" and enter your Wi-Fi information.
- Scan the QR code on the app at the appropriate distance, and after hearing a beep, click the button and wait about 20 seconds to complete the setup.
Troubleshooting Camera Connection Issues
- Ensure the camera is powered on, the blue light is flashing, and the device is prompting you to use the app to configure Wi-Fi. If there's no prompt, try restoring the camera.
- Confirm that your Wi-Fi password is correct.
- Avoid using special characters (e.g., ., @, &, *) in your Wi-Fi password.
- Check if your camera supports the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
