Getting Started with Home Security Cameras 1. Download the "O-KAM Pro" app on the App Store or Google Play, and sign up for a free account. 2. Plug in the camera and wait for it to start up. 3. Tap the "+" icon on the app's home page and choose "Wireless camera". 4. Click "Next" and enter your Wi-Fi information. 5. Scan the QR code on the app at the appropriate distance, wait for the beep, then click the button. The setup is complete in around 20 seconds.
Troubleshooting Camera Connection Issues 1. Ensure the device is powered on, the blue light is flashing, and the voice prompt is asking you to use the app to configure Wi-Fi (if there's no prompt, please reset the camera). 2. Confirm that your Wi-Fi password is correct. 3. Avoid using special characters (e.g., ., @, &, *) in your Wi-Fi password. 4. Check that your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz, as some cameras only support this frequency. 5. If the power-on indicator light is always green, the device needs to be replaced as it hasn't been assigned a unique ID.
Preventing Camera Dropouts 1. Check that the device is powered on. 2. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is functioning normally. 3. Provide the device ID. 4. Reboot the device. 5. Delete the device and add it again.
